Our prints start out as original artworks, they are then printed onto high quality, heavy art paper using a giclée printing technique. This process ensures that your print will retain the charm, texture and uniqueness of the original art work. The paper we use is acid free fine art paper. This ensures your print will not turn yellow and will stay looking beautiful in the years to come. 

We offer a beautiful range of high quality, Australian made frames for your artwork. We offer Faux Bamboo frames which bring a beautiful classic look to the artwork. For a more modern look choose from black, white, oak or wood grain finishes.

At Portsea, every effort is taken to ensure accurate representation of colours and design. Despite this, actual colours and design may vary slightly. This is due to several factors including screen settings on different devices and the lighting conditions where the artwork was photographed. Please note that Portsea will not accept any responsibility for colour or design differences which are not factory faults.

At Portsea, each and every art work is custom made just for you. Please allow up to two weeks at busy times to make your artwork. Please note delivery time is on top of processing time. If you need your order rushed, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it happen.

Delivery times are as follows:

Metro Sydney and Brisbane: 1-2 buisness days

Metro Melbourne and Adelaide: 2-3 business days

Perth and Regional Australia: up to 10 buisness days.

After your order has been made and is on it's way to being delivered to you, you will receive an email with your order confirmation which will include your tracking number. 

We offer low flat rate shipping of $39 per order.

We unconditionally guarantee the quality of our art upon delivery and we are here to make certain you are 100% satisfied with your wall art. If the artwork you’ve received does not live up to these high standards, please contact us and we’ll do everything that we can to make it right. 

As every artwork is made to order, especially for you, unfortunately we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However your consumer rights will still apply – you have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:

the goods are faulty;
the goods are wrongly described;
the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.

We do not currently ship internationally. However, it is something we’re currently working on so please watch this space.
